What we never store
SignalDay is a calculator for the trades you place yourself. The list below is the data SignalDay does not hold at all — not encrypted, not tokenised, not "for a moment during processing". It is not in the database, and there is nothing here that could leak.
- Brokerage credentials. SignalDay does not connect to your brokerage. You place every trade yourself, on your brokerage's screen, using SignalDay's checklist.
- Your tactical asset allocation strategy provider's credentials. Your model updates arrive either as a signal email you forward, an export you upload, or a manual paste. SignalDay never signs in to your strategy provider on your behalf.
- Passwords. SignalDay signs you in with a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password to breach, no password to reset, no password vault to sync.
- Social security numbers. None are asked for.
- Tax identification numbers, cost basis, tax lots. SignalDay is not a tax tool and does not model your tax position.
- Credit card or bank account numbers. Payments go through Stripe, which handles cards directly. SignalDay never sees card numbers.
The data SignalDay does hold — your model target percentages, your per-account holdings, the trades SignalDay has calculated for you — is listed in the Privacy Policy. You can export a copy of all of it, and delete it permanently, from Settings.
SignalDay does not sell your data. Not your holdings, not your trade history, not your email address, not your behaviour. There is no advertising business, no audience-targeting business, and no data-broker relationship. The subscription fee is the only way SignalDay earns money.
