From all of us at SignalDay — thanks for using it. SignalDay is a calculator for tactical asset allocation strategy rebalances. Because we probably haven't met you personally, we've written down the terms below so you know how we work.

SignalDay is operated by Project Artist Ltd., a Wyoming company. When we say "we," "us," or "our" we mean Project Artist Ltd. trading as SignalDay. When we say "you" we mean the person or organisation using the account.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site. That's the deal, in one sentence.

These terms may change over time — when they do, we'll refresh the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The change log lives in this repo's git history.

2. Your Content and Ours

Your holdings, your model targets, your trade history — those remain yours. We store them, calculate on them, and hand you exports of them. We never claim ownership of any of it, and you can export or delete it from Settings at any time.

The site itself — source code, templates, layout, and the SignalDay name and marks — belongs to us or is licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We're happy for you to use the site; we're not offering it as source material for something else.

3. Your Account

When you sign up, you agree that:

1. the information you give us is true and current, and you'll keep it that way;
2. you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms;
3. you're not a minor in the jurisdiction where you live;
4. you won't access the site through bots or scripts;
5. you won't use the site for anything illegal.

SignalDay uses one-time sign-in links, not passwords. Keep control of the email address on your account — anyone who can read that inbox can sign in.

4. Registration

We ask you to register with a valid email address you control. SignalDay does not use handles or account names beyond your email — an email is the whole identity.

5. Things You Can't Do Here

You can't use the site to:

• Infringe someone else's copyright.
• Scrape it, or drive it through bots.
• Systematically pull our content out to build a competing directory or dataset.
• Get around security-related features.
• Frame or link to the site in a way we haven't authorised.
• Overload the site or the networks behind it.
• Anything else that's against the law.

This is a broad statement and it means you're placing trust in us to apply it fairly. We try to earn that trust by being explicit about who we are, what we hold, and what we don't — see what we never store.

6. What SignalDay Is (And Is Not)

SignalDay is a calculator and a performance tracker. It performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter — your holdings, your model's target percentages, the prices we read for the tickers on your model — and returns a checklist of the trades that would move your account toward those targets, plus a record of what was done. That is the whole product.

SignalDay is not an investment advisor. Nothing in the software or in a message from us is a personalised opinion on what to buy or sell. The model is one you selected from your signal service; SignalDay is the arithmetic that turns that model's targets into a per-account trade list at your current holdings and prices.

You are responsible for verifying every trade. Each figure on a checklist must be checked against your own records and against your brokerage's screen before you place an order. We do not verify trades on your behalf and cannot detect an error in the data you entered.

7. Fees, Free Trial, and Refunds

We want satisfied customers building financial independence, not people trapped by billing. No card at signup, cancel from the portal any time, no phone calls. If you do leave, we'll ask you a short exit-survey question — only to make the product better, never to talk you out of leaving. And because most people running a tactical asset allocation strategy trade only once a month, we've designed a longer trial so you actually get to use the product across real rebalances before you decide. The trial is the try-before-buy — money only changes hands after you decide to stay.

Free trial. Signing up gives you free access to SignalDay for a trial period that depends on how you signed up. Regular signups get a 60-day trial. Promotional and alpha/beta cohorts get longer trials — you'll see the exact end date in your account. No credit card is required at signup; we do not charge you and do not receive any card details until you choose to add a payment method.

Card capture and conversion. Before your trial ends, we'll ask you to add a card so your access continues without interruption. If you add a card, our payment processor (Stripe) charges the subscription fee automatically when the trial ends, and every billing period after. If you don't add a card by the end of your trial, your account switches to read-only — no data is lost, but new checklists are paused until you add a card.

Fees. The subscription fee is stated on the pricing page at the time you add a card. Sales tax will be added where required. All payments are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

No refunds. We do not offer refunds. Because there is no upfront charge — the free trial is the try-before-buy mechanism, and money only changes hands after you've added a card and the trial has ended — a separate refund window is not part of this product. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and no further charges are made.

We do not sell your data. Just like every SignalDay customer — trial or paid — we do not sell your holdings, your trade history, your email address, or your behaviour. The subscription fee is the only way SignalDay earns money. See our Privacy Policy and What we never store for the full picture.

8. Term and Termination

These terms stay in force while you use the site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to deny access to any person for any reason — most obviously if someone is using the product to harm others.

That is a broad statement, and it means you're placing trust in us to apply it narrowly. In practice, we apply it to abuse (see §5) and to accounts that appear to be automated. If you think we've applied it wrongly to you, email us — the address is at the bottom of this page.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to change or remove parts of the site at any time, with or without notice, and to change or discontinue features or the pricing structure. When we make a pricing change that affects existing customers we'll give at least 30 days notice by email to the address on your account.

10. No Warranties

The site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of the site and our services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use of it, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these terms, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

In other words: choosing to use SignalDay means you're trusting the arithmetic. We built the calculator to remove the mistakes that creep into a personal spreadsheet, and the performance tracker so you know how you're doing against your model. But trades don't happen on our platform yet — so we can't audit them, and we can't tell you a checklist figure is wrong before you place the trade.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless — including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees — from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) made by any third party arising out of: (1) your use of the site; (2) breach of these terms; or (3) any breach of your representations and warranties in these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. You and we agree that the courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these terms.
